A large Bay Area HMO needed to re-invigorate their leadership training program. Attendance was flat, and participants were giving mediocre ratings to many courses.
PSP cut the broad fabric of leadership into small, manageable swatches and engaged participants with examples taken from real life and pop culture. Each two-hour session introduced the skills and concepts related to a single aspect of leadership, from developing a vision to change management, communication, decision-making, and conflict management. Participants can take a single course or put several courses together into a series to build a suite of skills.
PSP courses consistently get higher ratings than those from other vendors. Attendance is up, and 80% of last year's participants have been promoted to leadership positions.
“I've always viewed national security as a shared responsibility and I'm humbled by your commitment to help our Army develop leaders of consequence. I am truly appreciative of all you have done- and will continue to do- to support the future leaders of our Army.”
